5 Where can I implement the interactive formats?
Implement your interactive formats on your website or Facebook-fanpage. All content formats are available on mobile devices. Your package specifies for which domains you are allowed use your content.
6 How does the technical integration of a format work?
The integration does not require any programming knowledge: You can insert any interactive format via a simple snippet of code (HTML) or via IFrame. The integration in Facebook is done within a Facebook app.
7 Can I customize the format to my own layout?
All interactive formats can be completely customized to suit the desgina and layout of your media. The formats are adjusted by us on an individual style sheet.
8 What is the Content-Pool?
Our editorial team provides you with an extensive inventory of finished interactive content for immediate use on the basis of your chosen package. You can adopt all formats unchanged or adapt them to your needs. Here you can see the Content-Pool. (german)
9 Can I generate addresses?
Yes, an address form can easily be added to your interactive format, rendering a quiz or personality-check a sweepstake. Thereby you gain highly valuable insight into yout customers behaviour because you can see how an individual contact answered to your questions.
10 How can I market my content?
All our interactive formats are desgined to leave space for logos of your advertising-partners. As an advertising-financed portal you can use our formats to generate additional advertising-profit. Examples for the "sponsored-content" you can find here.
11 Which statistics are available to me?
We offer you detailed statistics for every single interactive format, including the export of collected contact information.
12 How about the data security?
An SSL encryption when collecting contact information (e.g. sweepstakes) provides the necessary data security.
13 Can I integrate a tracking-pixel?
On request your format can be endowed with tracking pixels.
14 Where is the data hosted?
The data is hosted on the servers of Contilla (in Germany). The hosting is included for all customers.
15 What languages are available to me?
For the interactive formats we offer several languages to choose from. Currently, these are German, English, French and Spanish. On request we put any language in order for you.
