Collection and use of data
Automated data collection
When accessing our Website your internet browser automatically transmits data for technical reasons. The following data is saved by us seperate of other data which you possibly send to us:

  • Date and time of access
  • Browsertype/ -version
  • operating system used
  • URL of previously visited website
  • amount of data sent

These data is stored only for technical reasons and is not attached to a certain person at any time.


Data entered by members
To take advantage of all the benefits of Contilla, you have to register. You need to provide your complete address and your e-mail address. This data is needed by Contilla to ensure that you can make full use of the offers. Not least Contilla needs this data and possibly other data, too, to respond to your requests, questions and criticism.

Of course you alone decide what data you want to tell Contilla. To this end, Contilla committed to the principle of data minimization. If you do not give Contilla certain information, however, this can cause that you can not take full advantage of Contilla. If you close on Contilla contracts, it is necessary that Contilla collects information about the contract conclusions.

Contilla also reserves the right to make occasionally use of information from other sources in order to update its databases. In individual cases and only if it is appropriate, Contilla will obtain information from third parties (e.g. credit bureaus) about the payment behavior of its customers. These informations are used to disclose abuse, particularly fraud.

Disclosure of data
If it is required for disclosing abuse or for its prosecution, personal information is forwarded to law enforcement authorities, and if necessary to third parties. However, this happens only if concrete evidence for an unlawful or abusive behavior is present. A transfer may also take place if it is crucial for the enforcement of the general terms and conditions of Contilla. Contilla is also legally obliged to provide information upon request of certain public bodies. These are prosecution authorities, the penalty-worked satisfactorily irregularities pursue and the fiscal authorities.


Occasionally Contilla relies on contractual related third-party-companies or external service providers to include services, e.g. in case of the approach (by post or e-mail), care of customer-lists, analysis of the databasis, advertising (only, if you agreed to it), processing of payments (direct debit, credit card) as well as customer-service. Contilla offers a free newsletter service. The newsletter informs you about new Contilla products or services. To receive the newsletter, enter your e-mail address at the appropriate place on the Contilla-website. We store and use your e-mail address solely for the purpose of sending newsletters.

You can unsubscribe at any time. Each newsletter contains information on how the newsletter can be canceled by you with effect for the future.
